  • Step 1. Make the Call

    The first step is to speak to an intake coordinator. They will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding our program and help guide you to the next steps if you are interested.

  • Step 2. Verify Insurance

    In many cases, the majority of your treatment costs may be covered by your insurance. Once we can verify your insurance benefits, we will be able to discuss what (if any) Out of Pocket costs that may be required. Private pay options are also available. Please discuss these options with the intake coordinator you speak with.

    The screening process takes about 30 minutes. We will discuss any previous clinical and/or medical diagnosis, your usage history, family history, and more. This information allows us to determine if you will be appropriate for our facility and if we can meet your treatment needs. Once this information is reviewed by the Clinical Director, we will move on to the intake process, or we may refer you out to a facility better suited for your needs.”

    Lastly, if we are the right fit clinically and financially, we will coordinate an intake day and time.
